Optimum Pro-Am Sports provides sports performance training in Houston, Texas for professional and amateur athletes in every sport. The state-of-the-art training protocol and individually designed, sport specific programs have been used to develop champions on every level, from high school to world champions.

One key component to the high level of success experienced by Optimum Pro-Am Sports clients is that training sessions are conducted one-on-one by Coach Williams. The concept of one-on-one training has long been held in high regard as an optimal way of teaching. The one-on-one training model provides a young athlete with the opportunity to develop sound fundamentals and correct, safe weightlifting techniques. This type of individualized training has proven to be a boon for athletes making a transition to the ranks of professional athletics. Individualized program design also plays a major role in the client's rapid development. General fitness and conditioning programs are also available for non-competitive athletes.
